The 2025 CMAO Summer Conference will take place on July 23-25, 2025 at the Hilton Garden Inn located at 135 NW 2nd St, Lawton, OK 73501.

Golf Tournament

The 2025 CMAO Golf Tournament will be at the Lawton Country Club located at 4601 W Gore Blvd, Lawton, OK 73505. The entry fee is $75 and includes lunch.


Registration Fees

  • Registration: $295/members or $350/non-members, which includes Lunch and Dinner on Thursday only. Deadline to register is July 9th.

    • Please note, breakfast will be on your own.

  • Additional Meal Ticket (Includes the Banquet on Thursday): $125

  • Additional Banquet Ticket for Thursday: $50

Registration closes July 9th. Cancellations made prior to July 9th will receive a full refund. After July 9th, no refunds will be given. Any registered attendee who does not request a cancellation prior to July 9th and does not attend the conference is required to pay their balance in full.
