The 2025 CMAO Summer Conference will take place on July 23-25, 2025 at the Lawton Hilton Garden Inn located at 135 NW 2nd St, Lawton, OK 73501.
Semi-annually municipal leaders from around the state come together to network, learn, and share ideas. By being an annual sponsor, your organization will gain access to these leaders at both the Winter and Summer Conferences for one annual fee.
Additional Opportunities
Keynote Speaker Sponsor ($5,000, 1 available) includes sign with company name and logo displayed during the keynote session, along with recognition on the conference materials.
All Day Beverage Sponsor ($1,500/day, 3 available) includes sign with company name and logo displayed throughout day of service.
Thursday Business Meeting Sponsor ($3,000, 1 available) includes one 10-minute presentation during lunch on Thursday, after the completion of the business meeting.
Thursday Dinner Sponsor ($5,000, 1 available) includes recognition at the dinner including sign with company name and logo displayed throughout the event.
Bag Sponsor (Your Company provides the bags) includes the opportunity to provide a bag with your company’s name and logo to each attendee. Your company would need to ship the bags to CMAO by July 9th.
Hospitality Suite Sponsor (Your Company pays the Venue Directly) includes recognition at the hospitality suite including sign with company name and logo displayed throughout the event. Your company would work directly with the venue to organize the event including paying the venue directly.
Golf Tournament ($75/each) includes one representative to golf during the tournament Wednesday morning.
Hole Sponsorship ($100/hole) includes a sign at a designated hole at the tournament.
Golf Tournament Lunch Sponsorship ($1,500, 1 available) includes a sign with the company name and logo displayed during lunch at the golf course.
For the 2025 Summer Conference, sponsor set-up will begin at 9:00 a.m. on July 23rd and breakdown will be Thursday afternoon or Friday morning, whichever is more convenient for you. All materials for the packet must be received no later than July 9th.
Please note, breakfast will be on your own for this year’s Summer Conference.

Registration will close July 9th. Cancellations made prior to July 9th will receive a full refund. After July 9th, no refunds will be given. If you do not attend without cancelling, you will be responsible for the full amount owed.
