The 2026 CMAO Summer Conference will take place on July 15-17, 2026 at the Stride Bank Center located at 301 S Independence Ave, Enid, OK 73701.


Semi-annually municipal leaders from around the state come together to network, learn, and share ideas. By being an annual sponsor, your organization will gain access to these leaders at both the Winter and Summer Conferences for one annual fee.

  • Keynote Speaker Sponsor ($5,000, 1 available) includes sign with company name and logo displayed during the keynote session, along with recognition on the conference materials.

  • All Day Beverage Sponsor ($1,500/day, 3 available) includes sign with company name and logo displayed throughout day of service.

  • Wednesday Lunch Sponsor at Golf Tournament ($1,500, 1 available) includes one 10-minute presentation during lunch on Wednesday.

  • Thursday Lunch/Business Meeting Sponsor ($3,000, 1 available) includes one 10-minute presentation during lunch on Thursday, after the completion of the business meeting.

  • Thursday Dinner Sponsor ($5,000, 1 available) includes recognition at the dinner including sign with company name and logo displayed throughout the event.

  • Bag Sponsor (Your Company provides the bags) includes the opportunity to provide a bag with your company’s name and logo to each attendee. Your company would need to have the bags delivered to the CMAO office no later than July 1st.

  • Lanyard Sponsor (Your Company provides the lanyards) includes the opportunity to provide a lanyard with your company’s name and logo to each attendee. Your company would need to have the lanyards delivered to the CMAO office no later than July 1st.

  • Drink Sponsor at Enid Axe Throwing (Your Company pays the Venue Directly) includes recognition during the conference and signage with company name and logo displayed throughout the event. Your company would work directly with the venue. CMAO has rented out the facility on July 16th.

  • Golf Tournament Entry Fee ($75) includes a round of golf and lunch for one person.

For the 2026 Summer Conference, sponsor set-up will begin at 9:00 a.m. on July 15th and breakdown will be Thursday afternoon or Friday morning, whichever is more convenient for you. All materials for the packet must be received no later than July 1st.

Please note, breakfast will be on your own each day.


By registering as a sponsor, you agree to the CMAO Sponsorship Program Code of Ethics.

Registration will close July 1st. Cancellations made prior to July 1st will receive a full refund. After July 1st, no refunds will be given. If you do not attend without cancelling, you will be responsible for the full amount owed.
